• Fully equipped housekeeping cottages, with modern facilities and amenities, at reasonable prices;
• A campground with big, private sites, hot showers, a tipi and camping trailers;
• A recreation area, playground, gathering place, spa facilities, and a small beach on the river

• 8 very comfortable cottages: 4 smaller A-frames + 2 mid-sized + 2 large open-beam units
• Non-smoking units
• 2 have satellite TV and more will soon
• Light housekeeping; maid service is available at an additional cost
• Each cottage is fully equipped with modern amenities, electric heat
• Kitchenettes: Full-sized stove and refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans, dishes, kitchen table and chairs etc; some have microwave ovens
• Full bathrooms with shower and tub, towels, toiletries; fresh towels provided on an as-needed basis
• Bedroom (except bachelor units) with excellent quality double or queen bed; bachelor units have double and single bed.
• All linens are provided- sheets, bedding
• Living room area with comfortable hide-a-bed, TV, VCR
• Parking space at or near each cottage (some have space for two vehicles)
• Recycling and composting are encouraged

• 20 private, treed, self-contained sites suitable for tents, campers and other recreational vehicles
• some sites have power available to them - sites #2 to 5 have 50 Amp service; #6 to 10 have 30 Amp service, and 1 through 12 also have 20 Amp service; all these serviced sites also have water
• water (UV-light filtered), hot showers, dish-washing sinks and pit toilets
• campfires allowed in sites with fire pits, unless fire hazard is too great; there is also a large communal fire pit located to the east of site 12
