Queen Size beds with memory foam mattress toppers, all cotton mattress pads and 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets (2 sets), micro fleece blankets (plus extras), high quality bath towels and face clothes (2 sets), closets with organizers and hangers, full length mirrors, end tables with reading lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fans and blinds.

Large shower, low-flush eco toilet, one time shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, bath bar set up, hand towels and extra face clothes, hand soap pump and sanitizer, hair dryer, toilet paper and tissues.

Large deck on the back of house, deck set with round table, 4 chairs, umbrella and extra chairs, BBQ (propane) with all utensils. Grass area in front of the house and cooler.
