Blind Bay BC is a town on the south shore of beautiful Shuswap Lake, 25 km (15 mi.) from Salmon Arm in the Shuswap district.

Once called Trapper's Landing because of its strategic location on Shuswap Lake, it was a critical shipping point for the ships and railways in the area. The lake takes its name from the Shuswap Indians, one of the largest tribes of the Interior of BC.

Come and enjoy golf, marina facilities, sandy beaches for swimming, fishing and boating.

Blind Bay accommodations include several bed and breakfasts and there are houseboat rentals, motels, resorts and campgrounds in the vicinity. Explore the natural beauties of BC at one of the several provincial parks near the community.
