Wells BC is a restored 1930s mining town with unique architecture and fascinating galleries. Plus, in winter, Wells is in snowmobile driver's paradise where you may see the Northern Lights flickering.

Built as a company mining town in the 1930s for the Cariboo Gold Quartz Mine, Wells has many historic buildings. Also visit the local museum to explore the city's past.

Located in the Cariboo Chilcotin area, Wells is noted for its winter sports including skiing, dog sledding, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing.

Barkerville has125 heritage buildings that host old time shows, demonstrations, tours and walk-in displays. Performances occur daily at Theatre Royal and make sure to check out St. Saviour's Church.
