The Old Courthouse Inn is located in a National Historic District in the Historic Townsite of Powell River on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia, Canada. Built in 1939 in the Tudor Style architecture, The Old Courthouse Inn once housed the "The Courts,", Jails, Police Station and all other Provincial Government Services.

The Old Courthouse Inn has been restored and renovated in 1997. Keeping in mind the integrity of the structure and respecting the history of the building while updating to modern standards of comfort and convenience.

Hotel guests can enjoy the unique charm and character of each of the 8 rooms. An eclectic mix of antiques and collectables adorn the rooms and halls reminding guests of the days gone by.

Welcome to Edie Rae's Café, located at the Old Courthouse Inn.

We are open 6 days a week for all-day breakfast at 9 AM.

Everything is fresh, made daily! We have lots of gluten-free options, home-style award-winning BlackBerry jam, 100% real maple syrup.

We strive to be zero waste - ceramic creamers, glass sugar dispensers n salt n pepper shakers, syrup n jam in ceramic holders - no excess packaging. We have a composting freezer from the great people at letstalktrash.ca and we recycle whenever possible.
