Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort

The hot springs were first visited by the Ktunaxa First Nations, who embraced the nupika wu’u or spirit waters for their healing and rejuvenating powers. The Ainsworth Hot Springs are now owned by Yaqan Nukiy, the Lower Kootenay Band of Creston, BC returning the Ktunaxa peoples to this significant land.

Enjoy an indigenous inspired meal in the Ktunaxa Grill then retire in comfort to one of our 40 contemporary styled guest rooms.
